FOREO makes silicone beauty devices. LUNA is a facial cleansing brush. ISSA is an electric toothbrush. The site also sells other tools, including devices that use a mild current or light, plus serums meant to be used with a device. The company is known for these devices rather than for creams alone.
A device and a refill are different purchases. A brush head or a toothpaste cartridge wears out and is listed separately from the handle. Silicone brush heads are the part that touches skin or teeth, and the device page states which refills fit that model. Not every serum on the site is required for the device to run.
Charging, water resistance, and which areas of the face a model is for are on that model’s page. A shopper matches the device to the routine, then checks whether the box includes the head or only the handle.
